Ecospin’s origins can be traced back many decades. Making plans to explore the new and exciting field of Electric Personal Vehicles (EPVs), industry veteran Paul Loomes assembled a small team, which would later become Ecospin’s board of directors. Today Steve Wolski is now our Managing Director, and is truly suited to the role, having been involved in automotive design for over 25 years and a major player in the changing shape of the industry.

The idea for The Raptor came from a feasibility study conducted by our board of directors. Realising what they considered to be a gap in the market for a road legal, EPV patrol vehicle, Ecospin Ltd was formed and the required capital was raised. The funds raised were immediately channelled into the design and development of an unnamed project that would grow and evolve into what we now know as the Raptor EPV.
